# Job Summary

Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by developing, implementing, and enforcing HSE policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and mitigate risks, and promote a culture of HSE excellence.

# Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

2. Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

3. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

4. Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees.

5. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics (e.g., incident rates, audit results).

6. Collaborate with production teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into manufacturing processes.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.

8. Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, inspections, and training.

# Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in HSE role, preferably in manufacturing.

3. HSE certification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001).

4. Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
