Job Description
Education Qualification
Any Bachelor Degree from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue
Professional / Technical Qualifications
One Year Diploma in Fire and Safety
NEBOSH IGC
IOSH
Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in HSE in any industry, with at least 3-years' experience in oil & gas, Petro-chemical industries, construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects
Skills and Competencies
Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
Awareness of practical H2S control measures.
Ability to conduct HSE inspections
Ability to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures
Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills
