Job Overview Al Mulla Group in Kuwait is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to join our team. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols and procedures across our operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a safe working environment. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace Provide HSE training and orientation to employees and contractors Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence Maintain records of HSE incidents, inspections, and training activities Collaborate with management and departments to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety awareness Stay updated on relevant HSE legislation and industry best practices Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role in a industrial or construction setting Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field required Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Working Environments Dynamic work environment with exposure to various industries and projects Interaction with employees, contractors, and regulatory agencies Varied work locations including offices, construction sites, and industrial facilities Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance coverage Retirement savings plan Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Supportive work environment with a focus on employee safety and well-being Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience.
