:Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a prominent facilities management company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment across various construction and landscape projects by implementing and maintaining comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.Responsibilities:- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential health, safety, and environmental hazards- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for hazard control measures.- Organize and conduct safety training programs for construction and landscape teams.- Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives.- Ensure that all personnel have access to and effectively use personal protective equipment (PPE).- Advise on waste management and environmental sustainability practices in construction and landscape projects.Requirements- A bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.- Proven experience in HSE roles within the construction or facilities management sectors.- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and compile comprehensive reports.- Proficiency in organizing and delivering training programs.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend control measures.- Immediately available candidates will be given preferenceBenefits- Attractive Salary and Benefits
