Job Description

Fika Consultancy is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies within our organization. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, promotes a safe workplace, and minimizes risks through proactive safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.



Conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are taken.



Perform regular safety inspections and audits.



Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees.



Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive measures.



Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.



Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.



Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.



Minimum 3 years of experience in an HSE role.



Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.



Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.



Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.



Ability to work independently and enforce safety policies effectively.
