The Role

The HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy workplace by implementing and maintaining occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: o Health & Safety Compliance o Workplace Safety & Risk Management o Environmental Protection & Compliance o Training & Employee Awareness o Emergency Preparedness & Response



Requirements

Education & Experience:

o Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. o Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is preferred. o Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Skills & Competencies: o Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and accident investigation. o Ability to implement and enforce HSE policies in an industrial environment. o Excellent communication and training skills. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
