Key Responsibilities:

Key Roles and Responsibilities of an HSE Officer

Developing Safety Policies:

Drafting and implementing safety policies and procedures in alignment with local and international standards.

Conducting Risk Assessments:

Identifying workplace hazards and assessing the risks associated with various tasks and processes. Recommending control measures to mitigate risks.

Ensuring Compliance:

Monitoring adherence to safety regulations like OSHA, NEBOSH, or ISO standards. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure workplace safety.

Training and Awareness:

Organizing safety training sessions for employees and management. Promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within the organization.

Accident Investigation:

Investigating workplace incidents to determine the root cause. Preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Emergency Preparedness:

Developing and implementing emergency response plans for construction site. Conducting drills to prepare employees for fire, chemical spills, or other emergencies.

Site cleanliness: Ensuring after work site cleanliness.

Responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments in the workplace

. They identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively

Any Diploma/ Degree with NEBOSH and other related safety course certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
