Responsibilities:1. Technical Competency:
Training and Development
: Enhance the technical skills of the BHS team by conducting continuous field training, monitoring, and mentoring. Focus on achieving technical KPIs and maintaining staff competency.
Audit and Review
: Perform technical site audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in daily and periodic checks conducted by technicians.
Onsite and Offsite Training
: Collaborate with the training team to provide both onsite and offsite technical training to improve the quality of services.
Shift Handover
: Ensure proper handovers of shifts, transferring necessary information regarding ongoing works, observations, and shortcomings to the next shift team.
2. Safety Competency:
Safety Audits
: Conduct safety, health, and environmental audits in compliance with industry standards and agreed formats.
Report Unsafe Practices
: Immediately report unsafe practices or observations to the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team, along with recommendations for improvement.
Training
: Ensure regular safety, health, environment, and quality training for all staff, both offsite and onsite.
Risk Assessment
: Perform risk assessments and enforce preventive measures to mitigate risks.
Accident/Incident Investigation
: Investigate accidents/incidents, report them, and outline remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
Safety Policies
: Develop safety policies, procedures, and action plans to ensure the wellbeing of employees.
Compliance
: Ensure compliance with all HSE, legal, and client requirements and reinforce proper OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) practices at the workplace.
3. Administrative Competency:
Resource Management
: Collaborate with administration and planning departments to ensure the availability of necessary resources. Address any ad hoc changes or requirements.
Reporting
: Submit monthly reports to the management team in the agreed format.
