About Us:

Al Sultan Road Contracting and Infrastructure is a leading construction and infrastructure company based in Ajman, UAE. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality projects while prioritizing safety and sustainability.

We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with local HSE regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• HSE certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an HSE Officer in the UAE construction industry.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
