We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all operations. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and compliant working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• HSE Management :
• Enforce compliance HSE regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Incident Reporting and Mitigation :
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, preparing detailed reports.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Training and Awareness :
• Conduct HSE inductions and ongoing safety training for staff and contractors.
• Lead toolbox talks and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Emergency Preparedness :
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans as per requirements.
• Conduct drills and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Risk Management :
• Perform risk assessments and recommend control measures for hazardous activities

Qualifications and Skills

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma
• Certification : NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
• Experience : 3-5 Years of UAE or GCC country experience in any Oil and Gas industry
• ADNOC approved experience is also an advantage.
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.

Pay: AED5,000\.00 - AED6,000\.00 per month
