Nature for Environmental and Agricultural Solutions L.L.C is a national service company specializing in planting and maintaining mangrove trees and reserves, managing projects related to mangrove forests, and providing specialized consultations in this field. Our mission is to support environmental sustainability through innovative solutions that protect and enhance mangrove ecosystems.

Job Summary:

The HSE Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilitie s:

Policy Development: Create and update health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Training and Awareness: Organize and deliver training programs to staff on HSE regulations, procedures, and best practices.

Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and near misses, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.

Compliance Monitoring : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations and standards.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, training, inspections, and compliance activities; prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.

Safety Culture Promotion : Foster a culture of safety by encouraging employee participation and feedback on HSE initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Certification in HSE ( e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH ) is highly desirable.

Previous experience in an HSE role, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical skills for evaluating data and incident reports.

Proficiency in HSE management software and tools.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Benefits:

Pay: AED 3,000.00 to AED 4,000.00 per month
