Hse Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a HSE Manager for our chemical manufacturing plant in Sharjah, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
Provide training and guidance to staff on safety and environmental protocols.
Monitor compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the chemical manufacturing Facilities management sectors.
Certification in HSE-related courses (such as NEBOSH ,IOSH,OSHA equivalent) is mandatory
Ability to independently handle ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 audits.
Strong understanding of international HSE regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
