Job Summary: DBB Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to support our commercial building projects across UAE. Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to commercial building projects. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Lead HSE training sessions for staff and subcontractors to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Investigate accidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address HSE concerns and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Candidate Requirements:

UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must. Minimum 10 years experience as an HSE Manager in commercial building projects. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills. Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH) is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Skills

Strong understanding of risk assessment and management techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership abilities to drive a culture of safety and compliance within the organization. Problem-solving skills to address HSE issues and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Ability to develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs. Familiarity with relevant software and tools for HSE management and reporting. Project management skills to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into the overall project plan.
