NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)
Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)
Mandatory
Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
Incident Investigation techniques.
Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage.Work ExperienceMinimum 12-15 years' experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, with at least 5 years' experience in a lead HSE position managing team of HSE professionalsSkills and CompetenciesHave strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business. * Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
Broad knowledge and experience in audit
Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment )
Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.
Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis
Awareness of H2S hazards and control
Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication
Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
