• HSE Program Development and Management
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE policies and procedures in line with ADNOC and industry standards.
• Lead HSE planning, including risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Establish HSE goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategies to achieve high safety performance.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, local regulations, and international HSE guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and ADNOC-specific HSE codes of practice.
• Prepare and submit reports on compliance, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Safety Leadership and Culture Development
• Foster a proactive safety culture by promoting continuous improvement and accountability across all levels.
• Provide HSE leadership, training, and support to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct HSE workshops, awareness programs, and coaching sessions to enhance safety knowledge and practices.
• Incident Management and Investigation
• Lead and manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, response planning, and simulation exercises.
• Maintain an incident reporting system and track corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Auditing and Continuous Improvement
• Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to ADNOC's HSE standards.
• Identify areas for improvement, analyze trends, and develop action plans to improve safety performance.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE systems and risk mitigation practices.
• Environmental Stewardship
• Monitor environmental impact and ensure sustainable practices are in place to minimize ecological footprints.
• Manage waste, emissions, and environmental risk in compliance with ADNOC's sustainability goals.
• Support initiatives for environmental conservation and community health.
• Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports in alignment with ADNOC's requirements.
• Present reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key HSE performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA) preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Skills :
• In-depth knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, local UAE HSE regulations, and international HSE best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Proficiency in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multicultural environment.
Key Competencies:

• Proven track record in promoting safety culture and implementing HSE strategies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
