JD of HSE manager. Urgently

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for implementing HSE Manual, procedures practices etc. at every work site.
• Accountable for HSE Reports, Internal and third-party Audits, HSE training plans.
• Prepare and execute internal trainings presentations on health and safety matters and accident prevention etc.
• Accountable for HSE audits are reviews as per the organizational procedures.
• Continuous improvement of HSE documents of the organization as per requirement and gaps identified.
• Develop and execute HSE improvement plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Evaluate Practices, procedures , and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
• Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
• Ensure Inspection of equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle workers' compensation claims
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures.
• Report on health and safety awareness issues
• Other HSE related implementation •I• reports as when required.
• Monitor and review Method of Statement, Risk assessment etc.

Salary Range-8000-10000

Experience-5-10yrs

Expected joining date: Immediate

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
