A bachelor's degree in relevant engineering (i.e Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience (with design experience) in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years in the GCC region. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. This category also includes the offshore diver Senior Safety Representative position, which shall have the following minimum requirements: Engineering Degree or equivalent. Holding professional IMCA diving certificates. Fifteen (15) years of experience in Oil & Gas, including a minimum of five (5) years in the GCC region. Five (5) years' experience as a Diving Safety Rep. Engineer. Five (5) years in diving pipelines/structures inspection and/or maintenance onboard vessels/barges.
