Responsibilities:

1. HSE Compliance and Standards Implementation: Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards. Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits to maintain certification. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs. 2. ISO 14001 Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001 standards. Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations.

3. Factory HSE Inspections: Conduct regular health, safety, and environmental inspections across the factory to identify risks and ensure compliance with regulations. Recommend corrective actions and follow up on their implementation.

4. Fire Safety Management: Plan, organize and conduct regular fire safety drills to ensure preparedness in case of emergencies. Train employees on fire safety protocols, evacuation procedures, and the use of firefighting equipment.

5. RAKEZ NOC and License Management: Manage and renew RAKEZ-related NOCs and licenses, including: Lifting Equipment certifications & OFC, Covil defense, etc Coordinate with RAKEZ HSE inspectors for Operational Fitness inspections and ensure timely compliance.

6. Regulatory Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for RAKEZ HSE inspectors and other regulatory authorities.

7. Training and Awareness: Ensure all staff are aware of HSE policies and procedures. 8. Incident Management: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures.

9. Support to QC Department (Secondary Responsibility): Assist the Quality Control team with inspections and quality assurance activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.

2. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HSE role

3. In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and auditing processes.

4. Strong understanding of UAE HSE and RAKEZ regulations.

5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

6.Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are a plus.
