Missions : You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective HSE management systems. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to dynamic work environments.

Activities : Collecting and reporting Health, Safety and Environment performance indicators: follow-up with sites, data collection, analysis and follow-up on OMEGA and SYGMA tools. Supporting the HSE MANAGER ENA to deploy the ENGIE HSE Rules and standards on ENA sites. Performing conjointly with the HSE Manager ENA regular HSE inspections and audits on ENA sites. Leading HSE training sessions with the HSE Manager to sites Managers. Reviewing and approving Site Safety Management System : instructions, operating modes, procedures, Risk Register. Ensuring Incident Investigation are done according to the ENA requirements. Providing HSE regulatory watch for Morocco and Senegal. Optimizing HSE communication (visual, digital and analogic) and contributing to the development of ENGIE One Safety Culture Program. Providing support in tender and/or project preparation phases. Communication And Working Relationships : Internal: assets, Regional Hub, Corporate, All Departments (BD, Legal, HR, Communication,,CSR, Finance, ETSG, etc.) External : Technical and H&S Teams, partners and consultants

Profile: Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles within the energy industry, with a focus on renewable energy and/or desalination projects. Comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey HSE concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple

Languages : Fluency in French and English (working languages); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
