The HSE Clerk with ADNOC experience will be responsible for supporting the HSE department in managing health, safety, and environmental documentation, ensuring compliance with ADNOC's policies and procedures. The role requires an immediate joiner who can efficiently handle administrative duties related to safety reporting, documentation, and coordination with different teams to maintain a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain and organize all HSE-related documentation, including safety reports, permits, inspection records, and incident logs in accordance with ADNOC's HSE standards.
Assist in the preparation and filing of compliance reports and ensure that records are up to date and accessible.
Prepare and submit safety reports, safety meeting minutes, and other required documentation for ADNOC and site-specific needs.
Compliance Support:
Support the HSE team in ensuring that the workplace adheres to ADNOC's Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Assist in tracking HSE compliance audits and inspections, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on corrective actions.
Maintain records of training certifications and safety permits for site personnel.
Coordination and Communication:
Liaise between the HSE department, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth communication of safety requirements and updates.
Support the HSE team in the coordination of safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks, ensuring all personnel have the required documentation.
Coordinate the scheduling of site inspections and audits, and assist in organizing safety meetings.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Manage data entry for safety statistics, accident reports, and other key safety metrics.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc safety reports for management review, highlighting key safety trends and incidents.
Maintain and track the inventory of HSE safety equipment and materials.
HSE System Support:
Help in maintaining and updating HSE databases, incident tracking systems, and other software tools used for safety management.
Ensure all HSE documentation is organized according to ADNOC's data management procedures.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for HSE audits and inspections as required by ADNOC regulations.
Required Qualifications:
ADNOC experience
in a similar role within the HSE department is essential.
years of experience in HSE administration, preferably within the oil, gas, or industrial sectors.
Basic knowledge of ADNOC HSE regulations, standards, and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HSE management software.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with site personnel.
