Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Health & Safety Inspector** to join our team!

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Assists the project or program manager with administering the SH&E programs.

+ Inspects worksites to detect hazards; provides expertise to project personnel to eliminate/control the SH&E risks associated with exposure to the hazards.

+ Creates and submits written inspection reports.

+ Monitors project or program work planning and performance; verifies planning and work performance conforms to Parsons' Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system.

+ Implements Parsons' occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.

+ Assists the project or program manager with new hire orientation.

+ Performs regulatory and best practice SH&E training.

+ Creates and maintains SH&E training records.

+ Participates in routine safety work briefings.

+ Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Diploma or Bachelors in related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Related work experience in the field of Health and Safety is preferred.

+ Requires a familiarity with Federal and state health and safety regulations and reporting procedures, SHARP Management, Parsons Construction Safety & Health Manual as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
