JOB PURPOSE
To Manage the employees, visa related works and Company License related Statutory compliance.
KEY RESULT AREAS/MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Obtaining VISA and relevant documentation
Ensuring availability of adequate VISA quota
Coordinating with Recruitment Agencies and completing necessary documents offline and online for facilitating recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees form overseas, and within the country.
Completion medical, stamping of VISA and issue of Emirates ID and other statutory documentation/compliances
Providing assistance for obtaining/stamping of VISA for family members of eligible employees
Arranging Visit/Mission/Other types of VISA as and when required
Providing documentation support for foreign business travel
Renewal and cancellation of VISAs
Reporting of absconding and other cases as and when required
Custodian of original passports of employee and follow up on renewal of passport
Coordinating with Local PRO, Sponsor and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Immigration Authorities as and when required.
Trade Licenses and relevant statutory compliances:
Applying and obtaining New Trade/other required Licenses
Renewal of existing Trade/Other Licenses
Coordinating with Dubai Municipality and Dubai Economic Department
Medical and other Insurance
Enrolling new employee under Medical Insurance with minimum lead time
Addition and deletion of employee under Medical Insurance as and when required within minimum time
Annual renewal of Medical Insurance Cards
Budgeting of relevant expenses and maintenance of records
Budgeting and monitoring actual expenses related to VISA and statutory compliance and all other areas of primary responsibility
Maintenance of all relevant records and documents on HROPAL or standalone files/records.
Maintain all relevant documents, records and data either on HRIS or on standalone systems and submit periodic/adhoc reports and data related to role and responsibilities of the positon.
Ensure all policies and procedure as per HRM P&P, HR Employee Handbook and applicable Labour and other Laws of the land are implemented and followed without any exception.
Apart from the above operational KRA/Activities, the position holder shall also take upon additional responsibilities as and when assigned by his Reporting authority. He shall also strive to continuously adopt and implement contemporary practices and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the role and responsibilities of the position.
Strive to continuously improve processes, control, productivity and optimization of cost in all areas of primary responsibilities.
Based on the above, Annual Goals/KPIs will be set under the PMS system.
