We are a Logistics Company seeking a Candidate who is Well organized, proactive and capable of multi-tasking for the Role of an HR and Operations Manager. You will be assisted by a Junior and must fulfil the below responsibilities along with him. Responsibilities as HR Manager: . You will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related duties, including recruitment, Visa Processing, employee onboarding & offboarding and Visa Renewals of existing Employees. . Providing Necessary Training to New Employees. . Provide Training, Issue Warning Letters and Terminations of Poor Performing Employees. . Manage Employee Vacation Requests accordingly to maintain Sufficient Active Staff at all times. Responsibilities as Operations Manager: . Monitor Employee Performance on a Daily Basis. . Ensure that Employees have selected Sufficient Shifts for the upcoming week. . Monitor Employee Performance during Peak Times. . Collection and filing of all Employee Data. . Reporting Accidents to the Insurance Company for Employee Insurance Claims. . Solving day to day Operations related issues. Requirements: . Should be a Male in his early Thirties. . Should have Prior experience in HR and or Operations. . Should be Verbally Fluent in Hindi. . Should be Proficient in English both written & verbal. .
