For more information, please email: or visit:PurposeThe HRMS Solution Architect ensures HR technology solutions align with the strategic goals of IHS, providing systems with enhanced user experience that support the business process needs of the HR organisation.This role is responsible for developing the process, solution design, and implementation strategy for a comprehensive Human Resource Management Systems that optimizes HR processes and enhances organizational efficiency.Key Roles & Responsibilities
Design an integrated HRMS solution using SAP Success Factors for a multi-location single-instance enterprise deployment.
Develop the solution architecture for a robust HRMS solution, ensuring synergy and alignment with IHS business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and touchpoints with other systems and processes.
Develop a data migration and maintenance strategy, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems.
Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Success Factors, providing technical insights and recommendations on generally industry best practice standards.
Engage with principal HR and IT stakeholders to understand their business/technology requirements and translate into technical specifications.
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Provide valuable insights regarding relevant industry trends and potential HR solution roadmaps.
Develop detailed documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and project plans.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

QualificationsEducation
Post qualification in information technology, computer science, or related field/equivalent
A minimum of five to eight (5-8 years) experience in HRMS solution architecture and implementation.
Experience
Experience in SAP Success Factors and Concur
Track record of experience with successful HRMS implementation projects in multi-location enterprise level organisations
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Experience in Cross-functional projects
