Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team and gain practical experience in both Human Resources and Marketing functions. This internship will provide valuable insights into HR operations and marketing strategies, allowing you to develop versatile skills and contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Help maintain HR records and databases.
• Support HR projects as assigned.

Marketing:

• Assist in creating content for social media channels, including writing posts and scheduling updates.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing campaigns.
• Assist in drafting and editing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and SEM efforts.
• Help coordinate marketing events and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship experience in HR or Marketing.
• Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS) and/or marketing analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
