Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets.Key Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Undertake all actions in Success Factor based on the requests received like Line Manager changes, Transfers, Promotions, Salary increment etc.\xc2\xb7 Bank Details Updates for employee\xc2\xb7 New Hires & Separation to be done in Success Factors\xc2\xb7 New Hire/On-Boarding File Validation\xc2\xb7 Employee Letter, Promotion Letter & Salary Increment Letter generation\xc2\xb7 Employee Verification emails to be responded appropriately\xc2\xb7 Ensures all supporting documentation pertaining to hires and personnel actions is updated accurately in SF & SAP\xc2\xb7 Process, monitor and review employee master data against documentation and employee files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established processes.\xc2\xb7 Review and process all relevant sensitive data pertaining to employee life cycle activities such as hires, terminations, employee status changes, transfers (inside country & outside country), cost center changes/promotions etc.\xc2\xb7 Compile and analyze HR master data, monitor error reports. Take necessary action to correct/resolve errors in the SF\xc2\xb7 Participates in testing, trouble shooting and problem resolution in the development and maintenance of human resources data bases\xc2\xb7 Provide support to group level and employees across all BU\'s & liaise between employees for issuance of all types of HR related letters\xc2\xb7 Support bulk updates and load files for master data changes\xc2\xb7 Liaises with Banks for employee verifications\xc2\xb7 Assist in Success Factors implementation processes\xc2\xb7 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned\xc2\xb7 Prepare data/dashboard with accuracy for data representation to management, audit por any other requirement\xc2\xb7 Maintain high levels of integrity of data and information with absolute confidentialityExperience\xc2\xb7 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in GCC locations\xc2\xb7 Experience with handling bulk employee data and updates in HR systems\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in HR Shared Services is highly desirable\xc2\xb7 Have experience in working on robust HRMS systems - preferred experience in Success Factors or SAP S4 Hana
