Support the right Organisation design: developing operating models, structures, frameworks, systems, and metrics.
Support for new digital system Implementation, management & effectiveness - Performance, Career & Skill
Support implementing \'Functional Competence Framework in identified functions
Advising on the proper organizational design and structures as per the available experience & competence framework
Implementation support for ongoing and upcoming OD projects -Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Middle Management Development
Creating organizational development interventions as per the present and future business priorities
Support to design and implement culture change programs Core Value & Core Behaviour workshop in identified functions
ToEnd-to-end to ensure the effectiveness of various HR systems: PMS, PRS, TMS, R&R, etc.
Indicating the right capability need in collaboration with the L&D team basis organization awareness and intelligence
Liaise with two available Training Managers to operationalize specific strategic capability-building agendas/ business-wise.
Partner with the TA team to support competency-driven hiring practices that align with the organization\'s business needs.
Drive the development of employee engagement and support overall retention practices.
Analyse trends and matrix of HR technology systems to drive the right OD intelligence.
Collaborate with HR ops for policy awareness workshop
Drive effectiveness of Recognition and Employee engagement activities in a structured way

Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Master\'s / Diploma in HR degree preferred.
7 to 10 years of experience in HR-related functions, including Acquisition/management/leadership development and talent review.
Ability to operate independently with minimal direction from the manager.
