Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges, providing HR guidance and insights.
  • Develop and implement HR Plans that align with business objectives, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  • Conduct workforce planning and talent management activities, identifying skill gaps, and developing succession plans to support organizational growth.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
