This role will be critical in fostering a positive work environment, providing guidance on employee relations to maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce. Additionally, the HRBP will drive performance management, support change management processes, and ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Implement programs for a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Drive employee development, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
Lead wellness and employee well-being programs.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support managers with employee relations and conflict resolution.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals and strategy.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
6+ years of HRBP experience in financial services or real estate.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Proven experience in recruitment, culture development, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
