As the HR Business Partner you will report directly to the HR Director managing all areas of business partnering and liaising with key stakeholders.The Key responsibilities will include
Partnering with the business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with the
organisational goals
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development planning.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee skills.
Stay current on HR trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Dubai based position|HRBP PositionThe Successful candidate will have/be
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
5 years experience in a similar role
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on complex HR issues.
