Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 10-13 years of overall experience with min 5 years in a similar HR Business Partner role.
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of commercial realities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in managing shared service centers, outsourcing, subcontracting, and technical (electrical and BMS engineering) related recruitments.
Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and company policies for mainland and free zone entities.
Demonstrated ability to drive a performance-based culture through KPIs and OKRs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in written and spoken English.
Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
UAE Driving License required
