The Role Position Title: HR/Admin Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading international advisory and consultancy firms across the globe : - Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. - Facilitate internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. - Organize meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinate calendars. - Maintain records, files, and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. - File renewals of office rent, licenses, medical insurance, office insurance, tickets booking, reservations, invoices, and payment reminders.
Requirements Qualifications: - 35 years old and below - At least 3 years of experience in similar role. - At least 1 year of experience in UAE
