A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. A certificate in fashion merchandising or design is a plus. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the UAE is required. Well-versed in the UAE Labour Law. With a background in the fashion shoe/handbag retail industry is preferable but not mandatory. : Staff sales training is a must! Onboarding and offboarding. Hiring new team members, posting on portal or social media. Manuals creation Assisting with daily duties and reports Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records. Process payroll, end of service benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization\'s compliance. Assist in employee contract preparation and ensure adherence to legal requirements. Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, insurance application and deletion. The ability to keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments is important . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to effectively communicate with candidates, employees, and other stakeholders in the Company. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build positive relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners in the company The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks is important to ensure the good outcome of the task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
