Key Responsibilities: . Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company's objectives while ensuring compliance with Bahrain's labor laws and best practices. . Manage employee benefits administration, including the renewal of health insurance plans. . Ensure adherence to Bahrain's licensing regulations, including the renewal of licenses. . Oversee contract renewals for employees. . Demonstrate expertise in LMRA, Sijilat, and GOSI procedures, as well as immigration processes, including visa applications and renewals. . Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative initiatives. . Address employee relations requests, resolve concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution. . Supervise performance management and professional development programs. . Coordinate with local and overseas manpower agencies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with Bahrain labor laws, Sijilat, and GOSI procedures.
