We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

HR & Admin Executive

to join our team in the

Food & Beverage industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Maintain staff training records and coordinate learning & development programs. Handle office administration, including licenses, contracts, and documentation. Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Coordinate with government authorities for work permits, visas, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience in HR & Administration

, preferably in the

F&B industry

. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
