We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to join our team at Hydur, a leading lifestyle brand in Bahrain. This dual-role position will require you to handle both human resources and accounting functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive workplace environment while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. Key Responsibilities Human Resources: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection. Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training programs. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Foster a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and addressing workplace conflicts. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processing. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws and company policies. Prepare and submit necessary reports to government authorities as required. Accounts: Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile bank statements and oversee the invoicing process. Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner. Handle payroll-related queries and ensure compliance with tax and social insurance requirements. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations. Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles. Strong understanding of Bahraini labor laws and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity. Please send your CV
