We are looking for HR/Accounts assistant, knowledge in LMRA, GOSI, Sijilat with solid experience in HR, Accounts and Office admin. Additional experience in financial control or bookkeeping would be an advantage. We are only considering Female for this position. . Recording and reconciliation of invoices through various payment gateways . Maintaining Accounts Payable and payments . Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data. . Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. . Disbursement of petty cash expenses . Cash forecast, budgeting and management reporting . Preparing in-house financials . Audit field work and conducting audit annually through external auditors . Tracking and monitoring of bank facilities and processing payments as and when required .
