Assist with HR tasks like recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Provide administrative support, managing records, and scheduling interviews.
Support training and development initiatives, coordinating sessions, and monitoring progress.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, offering assistance and answering questions.
Collaborate with management to develop and enforce policies aligned with our goals.
Ideal ProfileWhat We Are Looking For:
A minimum of 1 year of proven relevant experience.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in real estate software, CRM systems, and tech tools for efficient administrative tasks
Proficiency in the English language to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
Self-motivation and a growth-oriented mindset.
A passion for people and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our team members.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, verbal and written, for clear messaging to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
A bachelor\'s degree in HR or a related field (preferred but not required).
Previous experience in HR or training.
