Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT positions.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting diverse candidates for IT roles.
Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for various IT positions.
Arab Female with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
