As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR and Talent Recruitment Executive to join our team.

The Role: Storekeeper and Laundry Officer

The primary responsibility of the HR and Talent Recruitment Executive is to manage and support the recruitment process while assisting in day-to-day HR operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company attracts top talent, maintains smooth HR workflows, and fosters a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating visas/work permits, and onboarding new employees to meet staffing needs
• Conduct preliminary candidate assessments, verify qualifications and references, and evaluate cultural fit through initial interviews
• Coordinate and follow up on candidate assessments, ensuring timely completion and results tracking
• Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a smooth and professional recruitment process
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and welfare initiatives, ensuring accurate documentation
• Support employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives
• Prepare HR reports on recruitment, turnover, and compliance to guide management decisions
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards, fostering a fair and safe workplace

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-3 years in recruitment and HR roles, preferably within the hospitality sectors in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
