Wealth ManagementOur ClientMyafair Partners is exclusively working with a CAT 4, DFSA regulated External Financial Advisory firm and assisting them in recruiting a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager.Based in DIFC, Advising on Financial Products - Arranging Deals in Investments - Arranging Credit and Advising on Credit - Arranging Custody. Our client specializes in providing private and institutional investors with holistic wealth and asset management solution services. They provide access to a multi-banking platform, conduct extensive research of their client\'s portfolio management services.Key Responsibilities

- Create, draft and formulate an internal talent acquisition strategy, through various recruitment tools (including advertising, network and other channels), identify and hire excellent talents needed by the company; establish a talent reserve system to reserve talent resources for the company\'s development
- Assist the management in the daily management of office administrative affairs.
- Maintain healthy Corporate Social Responsibility to ensure plans are in place and updated
- Currently based in UAE and available for an immediate start.
- 5+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience within the private banking sector, at least 2 years of management experience
- Familiar with the local policies and labor laws of the DFSA, ADGM & UAE
- Working experience wealth management industry
- Solid experience in recruiting within the banking sector in the GCC
