: QQada HR Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. The HR Support Specialist will assist our HR consultants and clients with a variety of human resources tasks and projects, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to HR consultants, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Respond to employee and client inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions and workshops.
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and preparing related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations by monitoring changes and updating procedures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR support role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
