Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for real estate operations and support functions.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, mediating disputes and promoting effective communication.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Address and resolve conflicts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Training and Development
• Assess training needs and coordinate professional development programs tailored to the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with department heads to enhance skill sets and prepare employees for leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
4. Performance Management
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting and feedback.
• Work with managers to identify and address performance issues effectively.
• Develop strategies to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
5. HR Policies and Compliance
• Maintain and update HR policies to align with current laws and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and HR records management.
6. Strategic HR Initiatives
• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
