HR Supervisor
• Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
• Manage health and life insurance programs for all the employees.
• Design and implement effective training and development plans.
• Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Manage performance appraisal processes, including tracking progress and providing feedback to employees and managers.
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status and filing the documents.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and providing solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Ensure that the relevant personnel regulations comply with the labor regulations of the relevant government departments.
• Assist in managing compensation, payroll, bonuses, and incentives and Ensure clear communication of benefits programs to employees.
• Manage the monthly payroll, orbit, and transactions, as well as handle inquiries related to employees.
Qalifications
• At least 3-4 years' proven (UAE) experience is required in similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or relevant field.
• Knowledge of office administrative and management practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of Principles and practices of sound business communication.
• Male Candidates (Prefered).
