Job Responsibilities 1.Recruitment activities which involve analyzing job requirements, screening the applications and conducting HR round of interview. 2.Responsible for all staffing needs across all major internal business units. Ensuring that selection practices are centered on finding talented candidates that demonstrate capabilities that fit with the organization requirements and culture. 3.Updating and implementing HR policies and procedure as per UAE regulations. 4.Knowledge of Jafza rules and regulations are well verse with UAE laws. 5.Responsible for preparing monthly payroll and well versed with WPS process. 6.Processing of new visa ( UAE -New employment), contractual, cancellation, etc. 7.Knowledge of processing of foreign visa for business trips. 8.Responsible for Budget preparation & Forecasting. 9.Processing of company Medical Insurance & Travel Insurance. 10.Performance Management system -Uploading the system and entire process.Requirements 1.Bachelor degree 2.Three to five years\' experience in HR field. 3.Fluent English written, spoken, Arabic language is added advantage. 4.Efficient user of Microsoft office and other advance computer skills. 5.Staffing recruitment & retention 6.Performance Management 7.Orientation & On boarding 8.Training & Development 9.Employee Relations 10.Processing of monthly staff payroll 11.Presentation & interpersonal skillMin Experience:3 YearsSalary :AED 13000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:October 21, 2024
