Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment labor laws
Skills
• Strong knowledge of employment labor law and HR best practices
• Experience in talent acquisition, lead generation, and talent management
• Ability to develop and implement training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED24.75 - AED25.79 per hour

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)

• Dubai (Required)
