Position: HR Specialist with Knowledge of UK Laws
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly salary: 5000 AED
Two days off per week

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all HR-related tasks in accordance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws for any UK-based operations or remote employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UK and UAE regulations.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans.
Provide guidance on employment contracts and employee rights for both UAE and UK employees.
Coordinate with UK and Dubai operations to align HR practices across locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of HR experience, with a focus on both UAE and UK employment laws.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and UK employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a multinational company.
Familiarity with HR best practices in both the UAE and UK.
Work Environment:
Manage a large number of employees across multiple locations, primarily focusing on the London team while providing support to the Dubai team.
Be prepared to handle a diverse and extensive range of HR responsibilities due to the large workforce.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
