Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with Emiratization initiatives.

Facilitate onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts while maintaining confidentiality.

Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and well-being within the organization.

HR Operations:

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and UAE labor laws.

Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and other administrative HR tasks.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Support leadership in career development planning for Emirati employees.

Performance Management:

Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and training to managers and employees.

Assist in setting KPIs and tracking performance outcomes.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, organizational policies, and government regulations.

Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Nationality: UAE National (Emiratization priority).

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within government or semi-government organizations.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
