Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and leave management.
• Prepare and maintain employee contracts and files.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the restaurant's objectives.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
