Habico Properties is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist with expertise in the Real Estate sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting Real Estate agents and managing HR functions specific to this industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the recruitment process for Real Estate agents, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the Real Estate industry.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Maintain accurate and updated HR records and documentation.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment KPIs.
• Collaborate with management to understand and address HR-related needs and challenges.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist in the Real Estate industry.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, particularly in recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations pertaining to employment practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
